SECTION 1 – CANCELLATION POLICY

* More than 7 days before the tour date → Full refund
* 2 days before the tour date → 50% refund
* 1 day before the tour date → No refund

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS

* Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
* Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
* Any bank charges or transaction fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 3 – NO-SHOW POLICY

* Failure to attend the booked tour (no-show) will result in no refund.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

* You may request changes or reschedule your tour:
* At least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time
* Last-minute changes may be subject to additional fees.

SECTION 5 – COMPANY CANCELLATIONS

In case Akhnaton Tours cancels a tour due to:

* Weather conditions
* Safety concerns
* Force majeure (unforeseen circumstances beyond our control)

You will be offered:

* A full refund, or
* The option to reschedule at no extra cost

SECTION 6 – SERVICE ISSUES

If the service provided:

* Does not match the description
* Or there is a significant issue with the experience

Please contact us within 24 hours after the tour, and we will review your case. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

* A partial refund, or
* Compensation

SECTION 7 – NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable:

* Bookings during peak seasons or holidays
* Pre-paid entrance tickets or permits
* Special offers or discounted packages

SECTION 8 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

* Customers must respect scheduled times and tour instructions
* Ensure all booking details are correct
* Be responsible for visa and travel requirements
